Who we are

Primordial DSP is an independent audio software brand. For anything about your data, write to hello@primordialdsp.com.

What we collect

Only what you give us: the email address you enter in the “Notify me” form. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and serves its own fonts, so visiting it shares nothing with third parties beyond what any web host needs to deliver a page.

Why, and on what basis

To send you one email when our first plugins launch. We rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.

Who else handles it

• Formspree, Inc. (USA) receives and stores form submissions for us.
• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and, like any host, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect them against abuse.

Both may process data outside the EU, under safeguards the GDPR recognises, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your email or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until we have sent the launch email. After that we delete it, unless you choose to stay on our list through a link in that email. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@primordialdsp.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
